■ Non-radio compatible strobes *1 can now be controlled with the radio commander Air10s
A receiver compatible with Nissin's original radio-controlled wireless communication system "NAS (Nissin Air System)."
Even products that only have optical wireless functions, such as the Nissin i600 and i40, can be remotely controlled from radio commanders such as the Air10s and Air1 *2 (both sold separately) by attaching them to the "Air R" *1 .
Of course, it can also be used in combination with MG series strobes and strobes with built-in receivers such as the i60A.
In addition, it also supports original strobes from each manufacturer, so you can incorporate your own original strobe *2 into the NAS system and use it *3 .

*1 Limited to models that are compatible with Air R. Models that have been confirmed to work are listed in the flash compatibility table .
*2 Sales ended in October 2018.
*3 This product cannot be controlled using camera manufacturer's original radio-controlled wireless commanders/transmitters or other manufacturers' radio-controlled wireless commanders/transmitters.

■Supports TTL, manual, zoom adjustment, HSS (FP flash), rear curtain sync, etc. *
The NAS-based radio wave wireless communication system provides reliable communication and simple operation even in bright outdoor areas or in environments with many obstacles, allowing anyone to take flash photographs easily and reliably.
The flash mounted on the AirR can be set to group A, B, or C, and functions such as TTL auto, manual, zoom beam angle adjustment, high-speed sync (FP flash) * and rear curtain sync * are linked to the camera.

*This may not be usable depending on the specifications of the camera or flash used
.

*When controlled with Air10s or MG80 Pro, TTL flash compensation and manual exposure are both 1/3EV steps, and the minimum light output for manual exposure is 1/256. (Firmware update required. Shipments from October 19, 2018 (for Canon/Nikon) and January 22, 2019 (for Sony) have been updated. Previous firmware has TTL flash compensation of 1/2EV steps, manual exposure of 1EV steps, and minimum light output for manual exposure of 1/128.) (As of January 2019)

*If you attach a strobe of GN40 or less such as i40 to the AirR Sony and control it from the Air10s, the TTL memory function of the Air10s cannot be used because there is a large error after light intensity conversion. (As of January 2019)

*When using Air R, the mounts for the camera, commander (Air1/Air10s/MG80 Pro), Air R, and the strobe mounted on the Air R must all match in order for all functions to work.

example)
If the camera/commander is for Canon and the Air R/flash is for Nikon it will not work
Camera/Commander/Air R/Flash are all for Canon Works *1 Control of light intensity and beam angle by commander
*2 Some sync may not be possible. Operation is not confirmed or guaranteed when using mixed mounts.
